We are going through an exciting period of change, developing services which build on our previous successes. We are also planning for growth.  The Hostel Manager role is central to this progress. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, pro-active Hostel Manager who will lead services to the next stage of expansion.

Who the role is for:

To succeed, you will have the management ability to motivate staff and empower teams to develop their skills. The ideal candidate will relish taking ownership for securing on-going improvements in service provision. The successful candidate will be highly-organised and capable of managing competing demands effectively yet calmly.  We also expect the successful candidate to have a real passion for working in an area supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs.

Previous experience of managing a homeless support service is not essential. The ability to quickly acquire the relevant theoretical knowledge is necessary. Above all, your values will match ours.
