Resettlement Worker £14,400 – £19,200 pro-rata (FTE £24k)

If you are a very good ‘people person’, organised and have a pro-active work ethic, this may be the role for you. We are looking for a person who can support former homeless people who are preparing to move on to a permanent home.  You will work closely with individuals in Branches Hostel and provide outreach support to others who have moved on.
