Resettlement Worker (part-time, fixed term 12 months) £24k pro-rata

We are looking for a Resettlement Worker who will be pro-active in supporting people who are ready to move-on to permanent accommodation. To be successful in this role you will need a can-do attitude, resilience and ability to facilitate change for individuals who are leaving Branches Hostel. If this is you, please apply!

As a Resettlement Worker you will bring:

  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people in a housing or other support-related area;
  • Resilience, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate individuals towards their goals and support them to maintain their accommodation;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with the client group in a non-judgemental way and build trusting yet professional relationships; and
  • Initiative and ability to provide innovative solutions to problems in your day-to-day work.
