Believing you can achieve

Our Aims and Ambitions

Key Objectives

Organisational efficiency and effectiveness

We have worked hard to achieve and maintain sound financial performance. We are resolutely focused on continuing this positive trend for the benefit of service users, past, current, and future.

Increasing access to secondary move-on and permanent housing options

We will continue to increase the number of units of accommodation we access for longer-term housing through our expanding networks with private sector and social housing landlords.

Supporting greater self-sufficiency and independence for single homeless adults

We provide life-skills, education and training courses in-house, and through our extensive partnerships externally.  Service users can spend time volunteering with local branches of national charities.  We are also proud to have our own in-house CBT therapist to help to break the cycle of homelessness for our residents, and help them move on to the next stage of their lives with confidence.

Growing and the future

We are always looking to add to our fantastic volunteer team. Our Volunteer Coordinator is encouraging more people to give their time and skills in support of our work and for the benefit of residents and service users. Residents also give back to the community through their volunteering activities with volunteering opportunities.
