Anna started her career as a data analyst for the pharmaceutical industry and moved into publications for the UK’s leading sexual health charity, authoring their book on contraception, and leaflets on behalf of the Department of Health. Later she qualified as a midwife and has been supporting women who use drugs and alcohol in their pregnancy for almost a decade, helping to embed trauma informed care into the maternity unit. Anna believes that homelessness can cause, and often is in response to trauma, and wants to support Branches to do the same in their work.
